2 Day Week!

Well this week was alright I guess, but it never fails.. Ridgewood and River View are cancelled and Coshocton still has school. We only have one snow day left, I'm not sure if we should save it or not.. I can't believe that they are cutting us down to 3 snow days next year. Soon enough, we're going to be having school on Sunday! I mean really, education is important I agree but that's just ridiculous. We need to enjoy our childhood while we have it, and it's hard when school consumes so much of our life and is soon to consume even more. If we don't take the days off that count, someone could seriously get hurt. A girl at Union died because of a car accident on her way to school. The roads were really bad, but apparently not bad enough to cancel school.. Doesn't child safety ring any bells? I'd like to graduate insted of die in a car accident because of coming to school on a bad day.

Snow, Snow, Snow!!

The snow was nice, but we still didn't get a snow day today. It's too much to even sled. All you can do really is make a HUGE snowman. We are supposed to get another storm tonight, or early Tuesday morning.. 6" or so. Hopefully THAT will cause us to get a snowday!! All we can do really is just hope to use our second snowday... Ridgewood didn't have school today, and their roads are just as good as ours because I was there late last night. They are going to have an additional like 20 days at the end of the year because they don't take off of their break they just add it on. Why don't we do that?! Should we?

Winter Storm For Coshocton!! :)

We are supposed to get 6-12 inches of snow, by the end of Saturday. :) I hope we get it, I want a snow day. Every school around us has used like 5 already and we've only used 1. Is it me, or is something wrong with that? Hopefully we can have our SECOND snow day Monday. :) :)

The Grammys

I watched the Grammy's on Sunday, and I actually thought that they were quite boring. It's the same people every year, and it gets old. Basically the only new addition was Taylor Swift. She's alright, but I'm not a huge fan. Hopefully next year they are more interesting so I don't end up turning off the TV half way through to finish a book, haha.

Scheduling For the 2010-2011 School Year!

Freshman, Sophomores, and Juniors were called to the auditorium yesterday to discuss their scheduling for the next school year. It's hard to believe that we are figuring out our classes already, it feels like school just started not too long ago. I'm excited to be a Sophomore next year, but that only brings harder classes which aren't to my liking. I don't know if I want to continue to do Spanish, or switch to German. I really don't want to be in a class with all Freshman when I'm a sophomore, but I really don't like Spanish at all... I can't to art, either. I'm horrible at drawing. Next year we have to have atleast 6 classes, so I'm probably going to have maybe one studyhall if any at all.. I can't believe that the year is almost over! Soon enough I'll be graduating and then moving out of this small town.
